Ernest Gordon Recruitment partners with an established international manufacturer to recruit a Sales Engineer (Industrial Plastic / Machinery). This field-based role covers the Midlands and South West, offering a base of £35,000–£40,000 plus uncapped commission, a company car, training, progression and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales or field sales in industrial plastics or related sectors.
• Experience in providing technical sales support and handling customer inquiries.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business and manage existing customer accounts across the Midlands and SouthWest
• Provide technical sales support for industrial plastics and polyurethane solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercially aligned solutions based on customer requirements
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations and customer meetings
• Work closely with internal technical and production teams to support projects and customer delivery
• Support exhibitions, trade shows and industry events

Connaissances

Experience in technical sales, field销售

Full UK driving licence
