This vacancy will offer an exciting and rewarding opportunity to become part of the Sutcliffe Play brand which includes the largest employee-owned UK play equipment manufacturer in the industry.
With a 5 year growth strategy in full swing, it’s ambitions for growth are matched only by its total commitment to customer service and its determination to provide a rewarding environment for all its employees.
As part of a dedicated team, our Field Sales Coordinators provide administrative support to assigned Area Sales Managers. This includes the preparation of customer quotations, providing company information, the completion and filing of relevant documents within set deadlines and the submission of professionally procured tenders.
The role of the field sales co-ordinator is to assist in the sales process, providing administration and customer service support to assigned ASM’s and other areas where required. Working in the Sales Office involves liaising with most departments in the business to gain information or documents to satisfy customer requests. The submission of tenders involves what is essentially a small project, completing and compiling documents to be submitted to the client for review.
Initially covering 12 months maternity leave with a view to becoming permanent, this role also involves liaising with customers directly, either on the telephone or via e-mail. A typical example of a customer enquiry would be the identification of required spare parts for an existing product followed by a quotation. This involves the continual development of product knowledge.
