Role Description

As a self-employed Field Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to earn competitive uncapped commissions by building relationships with small businesses and demonstrating the value of SumUp products. You can act as a solutions consultant, offering a comprehensive product toolkit.

We are expanding our Field Sales team and seek passionate, driven individuals with a proven track record of exceeding targets to help empower more business owners.

What you’ll do
  • Identify and engage high-potential clients within your designated territory, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver persuasive product demonstrations of SumUp's Card reader and POS solutions
  • Communicate our products' value and address client needs and objections effectively
  • Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted activities
You’ll be great for this role if
  • You have success in a prior Field Sales role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or point-of-sale solutions
  • You consistently exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding results
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster long-term relationships
  • You have in-depth market knowledge and a passion for supporting local SMBs
  • You have experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, and pipeline development
