Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Field Sales Advisor to cover local communities, introducing customers to broadband, mobile and TV options. This full-time field role is target-driven with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission and top earners reaching £50k-£70k.

You will work in your allocated patch, speaking to customers door to door and closing sales. You'll start with a two-week induction, then ongoing coaching while out in the field.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence.
• Confidence starting conversations and engaging with customers face to face.
• Resilience, motivation and target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in your allocated patch, speaking with customers door to door.
• Build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
• Understand customer needs and recommend broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Explain pricing, deals and benefits clearly.
• Manage workload from first conversation through to close.
• Own your results, targets and earning potential.
