Job summary

Ted Experience is seeking a Product Sales Advisor to join its in-store field sales team promoting IQOS with PMI. You will represent the brand at leading retail partners, drive daily sales, and build strong store relationships while traveling to assigned locations across the UK.

The role combines performance with flexible scheduling, training, and potential for generous commissions based on targets and performance. This is a growth-oriented, field-based position.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a proactive outbound or field sales role.
• Must own a car with a valid UK driving license and insurance.
• Willing to travel within a 1-hour radius of home location.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to introduce and educate on heated tobacco products.
• Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Build rapport with store staff to create an informed, welcoming environment.
• Submit accurate sales and customer interaction data and reports.
• Transport stand and stock to stores as part of daily duties.

Ted Experience have an exciting and incredibly lucrative opportunity for a Product Sales Advisor to join our innovative, high performing and fast paced in-store field sales team. Working with the world's leading tobacco organisation Philip Morris to promote a revolutionary heated tobacco product (IQOS), which is scientifically proven to be 95% less harmful than traditional cigarettes.

This role is more than just sales, it's about genuinely changing lives, offering adult cigarette smokers a 95% less harmful, more affordable alternative. This is the start of a worldwide cultural shift to make smoking history!

As a Product Sales Advisor here's what you can look forward too:

• £15.33 per hour base pay.
• Commission regularly paid out at over £3,500+ per month for top performers.
• Generous paid travel expenses for public transport, £0.55p per mile and all parking costs covered too.
• Thorough training and onboarding: Receive 5 days of paid training covering the smoke-free mantra of PMI, the product suite in full, our systems and everything else you need to succeed in your role.
• Flexible scheduling - You choose the days you work (Shifts available from Monday to Sunday for 6-hour shifts - we are looking for 5 days a week as a minimum and the days are typically Tuesday-Saturday.

As a vital part of the Ted Experience team, you will be the face of the brand across our key retail partners and can expect to be:

• Engaging with customers to introduce, educate and sell innovative heated tobacco products alongside other nicotine and smoke-free alternative products.
• Taking full ownership of your performance by achieving daily sales targets.
• Building strong rapport and relationships with retail staff to create a welcoming, informed store environment.
• Submitting correct, timely and accurate sales and customer interaction reports and insights, alongside accurate data capture.
• Transporting the stand, stock and other relevant equipment to the designated store each day.
• The role requires regular lifting, carrying and transporting of a promotional stand/podium; if you are unable to meet this requirement (with or without reasonable adjustments), this role may not be suitable

Our ideal Product Sales Advisor:

• Will be over the age of 21.
• Will own and have full access to a car with a valid full UK licence and insurance
• Has proven sales experience (1-2+ years in a proactive outbound sales position)
• Be confident, comfortable and engaging with customers.
• Willing to travel up to a 1-hour radius drive of your home location.
• Be hungry, eager, self-motivated and target driven.
• Will have a valid right to work in the UK
