This role involves engaging with customers both in person and through other communication channels. Some travel is required, so a driving license is preferred. You may approach people in public spaces or meet at pre-planned venues and events as part of our wider strategy. Your goal is to build meaningful relationships with existing and potential customers, fostering a connection with the local community. You’ll understand customer needs and discuss how EE products can enhance their digital lives, demonstrating how we can help connect for good while providing a personal service.

Sales experience is essential to handle a fast-paced market. Equally important are a positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to deliver excellent customer experiences. We will provide comprehensive training so you can confidently discuss all our products and services.
