Job summary

MSA Safety is seeking a site-based technician to install, test and maintain height safety equipment across client sites. You will ensure top safety and service standards, compile detailed installation paperwork, and identify additional equipment or training needs. DBS/CRB clearance is required, and a clean driving license is essential.

IPAF/PASMA training is advantageous. Roles include field visits, documentation, and collaboration with team leads to support safe, compliant operations in diverse

Qualifications

• Must have clean driving license.
• Ability to obtain/clear DBS/CRB background checks.
• Comfortable working at height.
• Experience in mobile/site-based roles preferred.
• IPAF training is a bonus; PASMA training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest levels of site safety and customer service during site installations and maintenance of height safety equipment.
• Produce detailed, legible paperwork on completion of installations to support client certificates or quotes.
• Identify additional fall protection equipment or training needs at sites.
• Support Team Leader and management to help the business run efficiently and meet profit objectives.
