Job summary

Sureserve Group is seeking an experienced Renewables Breakdown Electrical Engineer to service and repair renewable energy installations across the Lincoln region. You will diagnose faults, provide technical support, and work with both engineering and customer service teams to uphold high safety and quality standards.

The role requires a hands-on professional with knowledge of renewable energy heating and hot water systems, a valid driving licence, and a proactive attitude to customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy heating and hot water systems is essential.
• Skilled at problem solving and decision making.
• Gas qualifications are desirable.
• Valid Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing & repairing faults within renewable energy central heating and hot water systems across the region.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues.
• Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
• Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.
• Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.
• To comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.
