Responsibilities

• Manage a team of QC’s for continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure Morrisons products meet specifications.
• Handle product withdrawals/recalls timely.
• Communicate product issues to protect customers.
• Participate in relevant meetings to share KPI’s.
• Challenge practices affecting waste and availability.
• Oversee training delivery for QC and logistics teams.
• Promote a culture of quality within the business.
