Job summary

Kapital 7 Recruitment is seeking a Pump Service Engineer to cover East & West Midlands and surrounding areas. The role involves field-based maintenance, installation, and commissioning of pumping systems for commercial, industrial and domestic clients, with a focus on pump stations and rotating equipment.

You will fault-find mechanically and electrically, perform PPM, reactive breakdowns, and on-site servicing, logging reports, and adhering to safety regulations; a company vehicle is

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining and repairing pumping systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding capabilities.
• Ability to log service reports and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical and electrical fault-finding and repairs on various pumps and pumping stations.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdowns, installation and commissioning tasks.
• Inspect pumps, pipework and rotating equipment and provide on-site technical advice.
• Complete accurate service reports and photos using company devices; ensure safety compliance.
• Travel to client sites across East & West Midlands and surrounding areas.
