Job summary

Ground Control is seeking a Project Manager for Utility Arboriculture to lead field teams delivering vegetation management around overhead electricity networks. You will plan work, secure landowner consents and coordinate outages in your designated contract area.

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will drive safety, cost efficiency and client satisfaction, maintaining high standards across surveying, planning and execution while working closely with DNOs and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified in utility arboriculture with ENATS 43-8 related knowledge.
• Experience in surveying vegetation and securing landowner consents is desirable.
• Experience managing Field Teams and health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Contract Delivery Manager to deliver vegetation management programmes.
• Plan work packs and coordinate field teams and outages.
• Monitor safety, quality and commercial performance in the designated area.
• Maintain relationships with DNOs, SAPs and landowners.
