E3 Recruitment is seeking a field-based Project Engineer for a permanent, full-time role with a leading chemical manufacturer. You will oversee installation and commissioning of equipment across multiple UK locations, providing technical support and on-site training as required.

The role requires travel UK-wide, including nights away from home. You will manage projects from scoping to completion, ensuring safety and quality across sites.

• Experience in installation or commissioning roles within industrial environments.
• Ability to manage projects across multiple sites in the UK.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation and commissioning of equipment across UK sites.
• Provide technical support and on-site training as needed.
• Oversee projects from scoping through to completion.
• Coordinate site teams and ensure schedules are met.
• Supervise mechanical and electrical installation aspects (if qualified).
• Ensure installations are serviceable and compliant with site conditions.
