Job summary

HomeServe Membership Ltd is seeking a Plumbing Engineer in Liverpool to diagnose and fix plumbing issues in customers' homes, performing 1st and 2nd fix work across domestic systems.

You will be responsible for completing repairs with high customer service standards, working independently while managing your jobs in a field-based role with autonomy and on-site problem solving.

Qualifications

Level 2 qualification in Plumbing.
Experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing.
Experience working in domestic properties.
Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
Positive, proactive approach to your work.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Hours

Salary: £36,720 - £40,120 (depending on experience) + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year
Hours: You will average 40 hours per week (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays)

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing As a Plumbing Engineer, you'll work in customer's homes carrying out repairs and maintenance across a range of plumbing systems. Your day-to-day will include:

Diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues such as leaks, faults and damaged pipework
Completing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties
Repairing and maintaining household plumbing systems
Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care
