Job summary

Rentokil Initial plc is seeking a Pest Control Surveyor to join our Belfast branch, covering County Antrim. The role is field-based, visiting customers, surveying properties, and delivering tailored pest control solutions. You will travel daily and provide exceptional customer service, supported by full training.

We offer a competitive base salary of £27,057 with an expected OTE of £37,327, plus a range of benefits. A DBS check may be required depending on the role.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Excellent problem solver.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be working face-to-face with customers.

Responsibilities

Visit new and existing customers, survey properties and determine solutions to address or prevent pest issues.
Travel daily to customer sites and be comfortable on the move.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers are satisfied with the service.
