Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group is seeking a Pest Control Surveyor to join the Belfast Branch, covering Londonderry. This field-based role involves visiting customers, surveying properties, and recommending pest solutions.

You will travel daily, delivering excellent service while building relationships with clients. We offer a competitive package with a base salary of £27,057 per year, an expected OTE of £37,327, a company vehicle, and strong training.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Be prepared to pass a DBS check depending on role.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and face-to-face communication skills.
• Retail or sales background advantageous for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Survey properties for new and existing customers and determine solutions to address pest issues.
• Travel daily to customer sites and provide on-site pest control recommendations with a focus on service quality.

Pest Control Surveyor Role:

In this field-based role, you'll visit both new and existing customers, survey their properties, and determine solutions to address or prevent their specific pest issues. As daily travel is required, you should be comfortable being on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential to everything we do, and your efforts will be crucial in ensuring our customers are satisfied with our service.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers regularly
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
