Job summary

Northamptonshire Police is seeking an agile, multi-site support officer to deliver first line business support for Police, Fire & OPFCC and external contractors across the county. You will work as part of a team to keep Force Systems running smoothly.

Key duties include processing requests for the Commercial and Property department, triaging work to team members, maintaining records of service requests and purchases, and advising end users by phone or face-to-face.

Qualifications

• A full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the effective running of operational support in dedicated buildings.
• To process all requests received by the Commercial and Property department, and triage to allocated members of the wider team/self to support resolution and achieve a quality of service to Fire and Police functions.
• To maintain accurate records on all service requests, including purchases of goods and services, and wider activities relating to the delivery of the Property and Commercial Function.
• To provide advice and assistance including dealing with telephone or face-to-face enquiries from internal and external end users on a wide range of topics
