Based at the Mogden site and across the Isleworth area, this full-time Field Operations Manager role covers Waste Networks. The postholder leads, supports and motivates a field-based team of Network Engineers, ensuring daily operations run safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include delivering regulatory compliance within strict budgets, providing operational leadership, and acting as a role model through hands‑on field support. Performance management of the team is central, alongside developing staff capability. Salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000, dependent on skills and experience. Candidates need proven people management, budget control, and operational delivery expertise.
