Qualifications

• Proven leadership of site operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of SHE policies and CDM regulations.
• Ability to manage multi-site projects and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Line manager for site operations staff and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with SHE policies and CDM regulations on site.
• Lead and motivate teams to deliver project scope safely and on time.
• Produce staff rosters and allocate resources.
• Attend project sites and provide supervision as required.
• Liaise with clients, authorities and stakeholders.
