Lanes Group is seeking a Field Manager to lead field engineers at the Iver depot, Colnbrook. This permanent, full-time role involves 50 hours per week, with a strong emphasis on safety, performance and client requirements.

You will act as a link between operations planning and field teams, ensuring engineers have the training, equipment and support to complete tasks effectively while maintaining high standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field teams
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and operational compliance

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day management of allocated field-based engineers and operational teams.
• Providing visible leadership and support to employees at various sites.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to required quality standards.
• Regularly visiting operational sites to monitor safety, quality, productivity and compliance.
• Ensuring employees understand their responsibilities and the standards expected.
• Monitoring performance and addressing areas needing improvement.
