Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking Merchandisers in the St Austell area for an initial 2-4 hours per week, with potential to increase. Pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding with ongoing work available and flexible days (Mon-Sun) with fixed visits Tue, Thu and Sat.

A car is essential for store coverage within 10 miles. Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience; health & beauty exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving).
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.
