Job summary

eXPD8 is seeking a Retail Merchandiser based in Bridgend to join our field-based merchandising team, working across household-name brands. You’ll support in-store displays, stock the shelves, and ensure promotions are clearly visible.

While you’ll be based in one area, there are opportunities to work across a variety of stores. You’ll travel to stores to set up fixtures, follow planograms, and build relationships with store colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take ownership and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable handling stock and physically moving items.

Responsibilities

• Set up fixtures and displays in-store to maximise visibility.
• Follow planograms and merchandising standards across stores.
• Replenish stock and manage product placement.
• Set up promotional displays and log feedback to client teams.
