Job summary

eXPD8 is seeking a Retail Merchandiser based in the ST16 2HE area to join a field-based merchandising team, working for household name brands across a variety of stores. You will ensure fixtures are set up, products and promotions are attractively displayed, and shelves are well-stocked.

The role covers cosmetics and other categories; you will visit stores weekly, with 5 confirmed working days per week and some ad hoc visits. A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own transport and full UK driving license.
• Comfortable with light manual handling.
• Ability to work across multiple stores and ad hoc visits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fixtures are set up effectively and standards followed.
• Arrange products on shelves to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Set up promotional displays and signage for offers.
• Build good relationships with store colleagues and managers.
• Provide timely feedback to client teams via the feedback app.
