Job summary

eXPD8 is seeking a Retail Merchandiser based in Tesco Romford 2, BN3 2DL. You will be part of a field-based merchandising team, set up, maintain, and stock displays across stores, delivering high-quality activity in line with client briefs.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong merchandising or retail experience, and good time management. It is a fixed-term contract that ends 9 November 2026, with potential progression to permanent work.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
• Organize own work and manage time effectively.
• Able to use a smartphone/tablet for reporting.
• Understand health and safety basics.
• Be honest, respectful and positive.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to set up and maintain product displays.
• Follow planograms and client guidelines for each visit.
• Ensure displays are safe and compliant with standards.
• Take photos and write short reports after each visit.
• Inform Team Leader of issues or stock/access problems.
• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.
• Complete all store visits on time.
