Description

Title: Field Marketing Specialist – Startups segment focus

Location: London (hybrid 2/3 times a week in the office)

A global B2B SaaS company that operates at significant scale and continues to expand its reach across the world.

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven Field Marketing Specialist to own field events and programs targeting startup audiences across EMEA. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality in-person experiences for users and prospects throughout the region.

The scope includes:

  • First-party events delivered in partnership with venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup community organisations
  • Sponsorship and activation at large third-party startup and founder events

You will partner closely with regional Sales teams (particularly Account Executives) and the EMEA Demand Generation team to maximise event impact, support local activations, and drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a full-time engagement (40 hours per week) for a fixed‑term period from February 2026 to February 2027. Company equipment will be provided for all engagement‑related work.

The role supports the EMEA Field Marketing team in executing regional field marketing initiatives, shaping how the company reaches and engages key decision‑makers within the startup ecosystem, and delivering compelling marketing experiences that demonstrate how the company’s solutions support startup growth and scale.

You will work cross‑functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Demand Generation, Event Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and other global teams.

Key Areas

Event Production

  • Partner with Field Marketing leads, Sales, and regional marketing teams to develop and execute a regional event strategy
  • Deliver a balanced mix of company‑hosted, third‑party, and partner‑led events (including collaborations with community organisations and investors)
  • Coordinate with event agencies, vendors, third‑party organisers, and internal teams to plan and execute in‑person events
  • Manage event administration, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding

Data‑Driven Decision Making

  • Use data consistently to scope opportunities, inform recommendations, and measure event performance and ROI

Sales Collaboration & Enablement

  • Enable Account Executives with campaign briefs, outreach assets, and timelines to align sales outreach with marketing events and field activations
  • Partner closely with Sales to support efficient prospecting, lead follow‑up, and conversion

Thinking at Scale

  • Refine, document, and standardise field marketing programmes and processes to support scalability across the region
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant B2B field marketing experience, with a proven track record of executing strategic, creative field events that drive customer acquisition and pipeline
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales teams, including joint planning, execution, and disciplined lead follow‑up
  • Solid understanding of lead management and sales funnel dynamics
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in managing digital event assets (email, websites, branding) and setting up and managing event registration pages
  • A startup mindset with a strong bias to action and comfort operating in fast‑paced environments
Preferred Attributes
  • Strong familiarity with the EMEA startup ecosystem, including key startup communities, events, and networks across the region
