Role Overview

We are seeking a B2B field marketing professional with experience in demand generation through events such as webinars, trade shows, sponsorships, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate values close partnership with sales, is a self-starter, and has a growth mindset. Building and maintaining relationships with Sales and Customer Success teams is essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Planning, managing, and executing events and webinars, including timelines, communication, and invitation processes.
  2. Collaborating with event organizers, partners, and customers for successful event execution, including sourcing venues and suppliers.
  3. Working with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and Subject Matter Experts, and supporting Sales with activations, briefs, and post-event analyses.
  4. Optimizing campaigns to increase conversion, reduce costs, and improve ROI.
  5. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance with Marketing and Sales Operations.
  6. Understanding Egnyte’s content, messaging, and target personas to ensure regional enablement.
  7. Managing event budgets, including merchandise, printing, and stand costs.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 3 years of B2B field marketing experience.
  2. Proven knowledge of event tactics and execution.
  3. Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple events simultaneously.
  4. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  5. Familiarity with tools like SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, Tableau.
  6. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
