Job summary

Corus Consultancy is seeking a Field Manager in Southampton to oversee frontline cleaning operations and ensure service quality on site.

You will lead on-site teams, verify compliance with current legislation, monitor contracts, and report to the Line Manager, auditing performance and addressing issues promptly.

The role involves administrative duties, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with clients and staff to deliver an excellent service.

Qualifications

• Deliver a high-quality frontline cleaning service.
• Ensure statutory requirements are met and services delivered per current legislation.
• Monitor cleaning contracts and report to the Line Manager.
• Audit services and staff performance.
• Support on-site staff in delivering excellent frontline service.
• Respond to customer requests and correct service errors.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Complete required administration promptly and accurately.
• Keep the company vehicle stocked and clean; perform weekly vehicle checks.
• Form good relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Cover cleaning when staff are absent.

Field Manager

• Delivering an excellent frontline cleaning service
• Ensure that all statutory requirements are met and all services are delivered in line with current legislation
• Monitoring cleaning contracts and reporting to the appropriate Line Manager
• Auditing services and staff performance
• Supporting on site cleaning staff in delivering an excellent frontline service
• Responding to customer requests directly and indirectly and correcting any service errors
• Demonstrating a positive attitude
• Completing the required administration in a timely and accurate manner
• Keeping the company vehicle stocked of all appropriate equipment and supplies and ensuring it is kept clean and all vehicle checks are carried out weekly.
• Form good and appropriate relationships with all colleagues and clients
• Cover cleaning when staff are absent or on holiday
