Verisure is seeking a Field Service Engineer to examine customer properties, advise on security solutions, install and support Verisure alarm systems, and strive for first-time fixes.

You will manage stock, maintain company vehicle schedules, and work with a team to deliver reliable, safety-focused service across the region. A valid driving licence and strong English communication are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-depth examination of customers' property.
• Advise on security solutions to meet needs and risks and design a system accordingly.
• Install Verisure alarm systems and provide technical support with a focus on first-time fix.
• Troubleshoot issues and address false alarms.
• Manage stock materials and schedule and maintain company vehicle readiness.

Provide in-depth examination of our customers property. Advise on the best security and safety solutions in order to design a system that meets their security needs & risks. Installation and technical support provided to Verisure security systems with a focus "first time fix" solutions. Deliver a detailed, informed walkthrough of the Verisure Alarm system. Trouble shooting any issues and repeat false alarms that may arise. Responsible for managing stock materials and company vehicle maintenance in line with schedules.
