Job summary

YTL UK is seeking a self-motivated M&E Compliance Technician to inspect, test, calibrate and verify a range of electrical and mechanical assets to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory legislation. You will manage inspection schedules, liaise with specialist contractors and deliver on-site repairs and technical guidance across multiple sites in the region.

The role requires autonomous work and relevant City and Guilds CompEx qualifications; travel across Chippenham, Bristol, Salisbury,

Qualifications

Self-motivated electrical or mechanical technician.
Experience with inspection, testing, calibration and verification.
City and Guilds 2391 and CompEx qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Carry out inspections, testing, calibration and verification of electrical and mechanical assets to ensure compliance with statutory legislation.
Manage inspection schedules and liaise with specialist contractors; assess and prioritise remedial works.
Undertake on-the-spot repairs and provide expert technical advice to other business units.
Travel to different sites across the region (Chippenham, Bristol, Salisbury, Bournemouth, Bridgwater and surrounds).
