Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking an IT Field Technician to install, maintain and repair technology across our sites in the South East, classrooms and student homes. A driving licence is required to visit sites and provide proactive IT support.

You’ll empower our teams to create brighter futures by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting and keeping systems up and running. We offer a salary of £25,000–£32,000 plus excellent benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications.
• Experience supporting iPads in an educational setting preferred.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair technology across offices, classrooms and homes.
• Provide daily end-user IT support and guidance.
• Visiting sites across the South East; driving licence required.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to keep systems running smoothly.
