Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Field Inventory Analyst to ensure accuracy, traceability, and effective management of inventory and assets at hospitals and other external locations.

You will lead the end-to-end field inventory count process, develop count plans, coordinate with stakeholders, travel to sites to perform counts, and reconcile discrepancies with ERP records while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, logistics or field inventory activities.
• Experience in medical-device, healthcare or similarly regulated industry preferred.
• Practical experience performing physical inventory counts at customer or external locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the periodic field inventory count plan.
• Define count priorities, frequency, schedules and resources.
• Coordinate planned inventory counts with hospitals, customers, agents, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Warehouse.
• Communicate count dates, scope and preparation requirements to stakeholders.
• Personally perform physical inventory counts at hospitals and external locations.
• Verify product information during the count: item number, description, quantity, lot, serial, expiry, barcode, storage location.
• Track completion of counts and adherence to the plan and policies.
• Maintain complete documentation and evidence for each count.
• Compare physical counts with ERP records.
• Analyse discrepancies and identify potential causes.
• Work with hospitals, customers, agents, Customer Service, Warehouse and Finance to resolve differences.
• Reconcile variances and process required adjustments per policy.
• Ensure unresolved missing inventory is recorded and escalated.
• Provide Finance with validated count results and supporting documentation for write-offs or chargebacks.
• Communicate final count results and corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Warehouse to resolve returned goods and unprocessed movements.
• Maintain auditable inventory documentation per corporate procedures.
