Job summary

Neville Johnson, based in Milton Keynes, is seeking an experienced Field Installation Manager to lead our installation teams across North London and surrounding areas. You will ensure workmanship meets our exacting standards and that client payments are processed on time, every time.

You should have a deep understanding of high-end bespoke furniture, superb communication skills, and a talent for inspiring and guiding fitting teams to deliver premium results.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead installation teams to a high standard.
• Exceptional communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of high-end bespoke furniture installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and manage installation teams to ensure client projects meet the highest standards.
• Guide clients through the installation process and confirm delivery dates and timelines.
• Respond promptly to client queries throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply technical knowledge of bespoke fitted furniture to support installations.
• Participate in team and management meetings with head office stakeholders.
