Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of customers' properties and recommend security improvements.
• Install, service and maintain Verisure alarm systems with a first-time fix focus.
• Provide expert advice to design systems meeting customer needs and risks.
• Deliver engaging system demonstrations to customers.
• Troubleshoot faults and resolve technical issues including false alarms.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or upgrades.
• Manage stock, tools and company vehicle per company standards.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism.
