Quickline Communications in the United Kingdom is seeking an Installation Engineer to connect rural communities to our superfast broadband. You’ll install and configure equipment at customers’ premises, explain the installation route, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
You’ll be comfortable working at heights, travel to sites, and maintain clear customer communication. A full clean driving licence and the ability to pass a DBS check are required.
Qualifikationen
- Experience in a similar role - ideally FTTP and FWA connections.
- Comfortable working at heights (ladder/climbing)
- Customer care comes naturally
- Full clean driving licence and DBS check clearance required
Aufgaben
- Maintain high quality installation at customer premises.
- Liaise with customers on installation route and final look.
- Manage safe working environment and health & safety at all times.
- Carry out installation surveys and consider options to deliver service.
- Document installed equipment details and capture installation photos for records.
- Provide excellent customer communications and exceed expectations.
