Nexus Black is building agentic AI systems for field technicians. You’ll ship production code from week one and ensure the tool performs reliably in real-world industrial settings.

You’ll design agentic workflows with Claude, LangChain/LangGraph, and related tools, set up evaluation harnesses, observability, and robust error handling across the stack. Qualifications

• Production experience shipping model-based systems.
• Strong fundamentals in Python/TypeScript and software engineering practices.
• Experience building evaluation pipelines with golden datasets and LL(M)-based judgments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows and multi-step tool use.
• Define evaluation criteria and create golden datasets for validation.
• Implement observability, tracing, and robust error handling in production code.
• Collaborate with customers on site and iterate quickly from learnings.
• Contribute through design docs, code reviews, and thorough documentation.
