Job summary

Hydraquip is the UK’s leading independent hose and hydraulics specialist. The role involves visiting customer sites to replace hoses and components, diagnosing faults, and delivering high-quality service with on-site repairs and reporting via the mobile app.

You will build relationships with customers and work independently, with on-call duties as part of rota. The role requires a full UK manual driving licence and experience in hose replacement or mechanical fitting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Confidence dealing directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently.
• Working independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app.
• Building relationships with new and existing customers.
