Job summary

Executive Network Group is seeking an HSEQ Advisor to cover the north from Derby to Berwick-upon-Tweed, with no office tether and a hands-on, field-based remit. You will conduct site inspections, support RAMS and risk assessments, and help embed a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.

Salary in the region of £40,000–£50,000 plus a company vehicle. NEBOSH General Certificate preferred; flexibility to work days and nights; diary management across multi-site regions; full UK driving

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or NCRQ/NVQ) is required.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and experience conducting site inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Ability to manage your own diary across a multi-site region and work autonomously.
• RAMS and risk assessments experience is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required (company vehicle provided).

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections across multiple sites in the north region.
• Support project managers with RAMS and risk assessments.
• Engage with boots-on-ground teams and enforce safety/quality standards.
• Identify trends and drive safety improvements across sites.
• Be the go-to HSEQ resource for the north from day one.
