Job summary

Facilities Management Organisation - Hard Services is seeking a HSEQ Advisor to cover North Yorkshire and the wider north of England. This permanent role involves embedding health and safety best practice, conducting audits and risk assessments, and advising operational teams across multiple sites in the North of England.

Working Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, with 2–3 days travel per week; base location is the North of England.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification essential.
• Strong communication, reporting and influencing abilities required.
• Experience across multi-site organisations or supporting multiple clients regionally.
• NEBOSH General Occupational Health and Safety Certificate or IOSH Level 3 equivalent.
• Experience of CDM (Construction Design & Management).
• Project lead/management exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Embed health and safety best practices across the business.
• Carry out audits and risk assessments at multiple sites.
• Advise operational teams across locations.
• Champion quality of service delivery to customers, internally and externally.
• Work across hard services projects (refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance) for blue-chip clients.
• Be flexible and proactive, collaborating across diverse environments.
