Job summary

HSE Recruitment Network is seeking an HSEQ Advisor to cover the north end-to-end, spanning from Derby to Berwick-upon-Tweed. You will conduct inspections, support RAMS and risk assessments, and embed a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.

This field-based role has no office tether, offers a company vehicle and the autonomy to manage your patch across the north, with days and nights as projects demand.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and ability to conduct site inspections and incident investigations.
• Excellent diary management across a multi-site region.
• Confidence to engage with teams at all levels and support RAMS and risk assessments.
• Flexibility to work a mix of days and nights as project demands require.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and audits across multiple sites.
• Support project management with RAMS and risk assessments.
• Engage with teams at all levels to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Visit sites across the north region and drive improvements in HSEQ.
• Report to Head of HSEQ and maintain day-to-day safety, compliance and quality standards.
