Job summary

Kelly Group is seeking a HSQE Advisor to join our field team for day shifts Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility for events, training, and possessions. You will support managers and teams, conduct site inspections, and drive health, safety, and environmental improvements on Network Rail contracts.

The role emphasizes inductions, client liaison, and coaching to identify training needs while maintaining a strong safety culture across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum NEBOSH qualification required.
• Experience of working on Network Rail infrastructure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inductions and briefings.
• Liaise closely with the Client and attend meetings on the company’s behalf.
• Provide feedback, coaching and identify training needs as required.
• Raise and maintain the profile of health, safety and the environment.
• Drive improvements in health, safety and the environment across the business.
• Carry out accident investigations, from witness statements to root-cause analysis and action follow-up.
