Job summary

HomeServe UK is hiring a Gas Repair Engineer in Bath to diagnose and repair gas appliances and heating systems in customers' homes. You'll work in the field, handling boiler faults, servicing, and safety checks while delivering excellent customer service.

The role involves independent job management, scheduling, and following regulations. Training is provided, with induction at Head Office and on-site mentoring; overtime paid, pension, and 33 days holiday offered.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing gas appliances and central heating systems.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing faults on boilers and central heating systems.
• Carrying out repairs to restore heating and hot water.
• Carrying out boiler services.
• Completing safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care.
