Job summary

Toyota Material Handling UK is seeking a Forklift Service Engineer (Field Technician) to join our After Sales department. You will service, repair and modify forklift trucks and related equipment at customer sites, with a company vehicle and pension provided.

You will also respond to breakdowns, handle customer enquiries, and manage stock/deliveries to meet targets. We value experience as a forklift engineer or similar, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience as forklift engineer or similar role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and material handling equipment at customer sites.
• Respond to breakdowns and provide local after-sales support.
• Handle customer enquiries, problems or complaints promptly.
