Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join their Scottish team of engineers based around Edinburgh, Scotland.

Main Responsibilities

1. SLA-driven EPOS and IT support for hospitality, retail, and healthcare outlets.
2. Diagnosis and rectification of EPoS, networking, and network devices.
3. Project work including AV, digital signage, and customer rollouts.
4. Provide on-site support for EPoS, IT network/communications infrastructure, hardware, and software.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Strong understanding of EPoS systems and connectivity.
2. Networking diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
3. Excellent fault-finding skills.
4. Customer-facing skills.
5. Cabling infrastructure experience (Cat5, Cat6, wireless).
