Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Field Engineer to provide exceptional onsite repair services for our clients in the Southampton area.

Responsibilities

• Complete job progress updates before leaving the customer's site.
• Communicate effectively with the call allocation and engineering management teams throughout the day.
• Complete all allocated work daily and ensure all service administration is finished.
• Maintain and locate allocated boot stock.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and tidy.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+
• CSCS Card
• Previous experience in a similar field service repair role.
• Strong knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware repair methodologies.
• Server hardware repair knowledge and understanding of RAID principles.

Job Details

This is a full-time position - 37 hours per week, field-based in Southampton. Working days are Monday to Friday.
