This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments.

Duties

• On site demonstrations of our products at customer sites.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure reliability.
• Respond promptly to service requests and provide on-site support for repairs and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs, maintenance schedules, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment to enhance user experience.
• Travel to various client sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and professional representation of the company.

• Strong technical aptitude with a background in engineering or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
