Job summary

CHG Electrical, founded in Sheffield, seeks an Approved Electrician for industrial and commercial installations across water, steel, and warehouse projects in Yorkshire, Humber and the UK.

Role: hands-on electrical installation with containment, cabling, MCCs, pumps, lighting and power. Travel, overtime and weekend work available; 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and company van provided.

Qualifications

• Approved Electrician with JIB / ECS
• Experience in industrial and commercial electrical installation
• IET 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (2382)
• CCSNG or equivalent
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites

Responsibilities

• Installing containment systems, ladder and tray
• Cabling, glanding and terminating
• Working with single and three-phase equipment
• MCCs, machinery and pumps
• Lighting and power installations
• AC and DC voltage systems
• Electrical testing where qualified
• Delivering industrial and commercial installations across client sites
• Maintaining safety, workmanship and professionalism on projects
