Job summary

JR Recruitment is hiring an Electrician for a field-based role covering High Wycombe, the Midlands and surrounding areas. You will travel to customer sites to commission, maintain and troubleshoot specialist ventilation and environmental control systems.

The role requires a Level 3 Electrical NVQ (essential) with full UK driving licence and a readiness to travel regularly. Training and progression opportunities are provided within a established UK engineering business.

Qualifications

• Essential Level 3 Electrical NVQ or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Experience in field service, commissioning, HVAC or building services beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Commission systems and perform checks on customer sites.
• Complete planned maintenance and servicing.
• Investigate faults and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Test controls, wiring, components and related equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, site teams and end users.
• Complete reports and test records accurately.
• Follow company health, safety and quality procedures.
• Travel to customer sites across High Wycombe, Midlands and surrounding areas.
