Job summary

Forces Recruitment Solutions Group Ltd, a specialist defence solutions provider, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to deliver complex engineering work, provide technical expertise and support the development of the team’s capabilities.

The role requires a strong understanding of radar, RF theory and sensor systems, plus experience with electrical, mechanical and integrated systems. You will travel regularly to customer sites and obtain UK SC clearance where required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of radar, RF theory and sensor systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and integrated systems.
• Proven experience in installation, configuration, calibration, testing and maintenance of complex systems.
• Good knowledge of networking, IP configuration and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex faults across integrated systems
• Install, configure and optimise CUAS and related technologies
• Lead system testing, calibration and performance analysis
• Work autonomously across deployments and assignments
• Maintain and support TRF environments
• Operate and maintain drone systems across environments
• Provide training and mentoring to engineers
• Conduct competence checks and support capability development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support delivery
