Job summary

Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is seeking a Field Collections Officer to cover parts of Gloucestershire. You will visit customers at home or business premises to discuss balances, negotiate repayment plans, and manage sensitive financial conversations while keeping accurate case notes.

You will operate in a field-based role, handle your own diary, and cover a defined territory with support from a team and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, debt recovery or a customer-facing role.
• Confident handling of difficult conversations.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage workload.
• Full UK driving licence required.
