Job summary

CloudFactory is seeking a dedicated Data Capture Technician to operate reality capture gear on active construction sites in the UK. This part-time role involves capturing high-quality data with 360-degree cameras and smartphones, following technical briefs and safety guidelines.

You'll work 1 day per week (Fridays), on-site, outdoors in various weather, wearing PPE, and collaborating with the Project Team Lead to meet project requirements and maintain data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in field data collection is advantageous.
• Ability to follow strict data capture briefs and safety rules.
• Comfort working on active construction sites and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality site data using 360 cameras and other capture gear across active sites.
• Document site progress with visual data to support project tracking and AI workflows.
• Adhere to site safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Collaborate with the Project Team Lead to meet project requirements and adapt to conditions.
• Handle and maintain company equipment, ensuring data meets quality standards.
• Follow detailed instructions to complete tasks accurately and consistently.
