Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to cover Central England with a focus on East Anglia. This field-based role requires extensive travel (approximately four days per week) to hospitals and clinics across the region.

You will provide clinical, technical and educational support for the Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio, promoting proper device usage and patient care while collaborating with hospital staff and the commercial team.

Qualifications

• Qualification in clinical physiology with cardiology specialization.
• Experience in a clinical role within hospitals or CRM industry.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and clinical details clearly.
• Willing and able to travel extensively (approx. four days per week).
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary CRM clinical support for case coverage, troubleshooting and account support.
• Educates customers on CRM usage and proper device programming and follow-up.
• Supports CRM procedures within the cardiac catheter lab.
• Provides ongoing product usage insights to the Account/Regional Manager.
• Develops relationships with clinical stakeholders within hospitals and engages new contacts.
• Responds to customer needs promptly and shares key information with wider teams.
